| I am new to this webiste and I was wondering if by anychance ya guys want trucks to be on v8less.com? I just purchased a 95 silverado 4x4, threw on 17' rims and supercharged it. Everything on it has been redone, not a single stock part in the engine, Is it possible that I could goto your guys meets with my truck? and some of the other shows you guys out on? or is that a definate no no cause of my 5.7 v8? |

4.6L V8 F150 Here.
If you're enthusiast, you're welcomed :wavey:
But to enter our drag races, the upcoming rules will likely eliminate you from competing. But we are writing up a "by invite" showcase drag class. I'm sure the poeple here wouldn't mind seeing you make a few passes!
Rules will be available shortly. |

Welcome!
I'm sure nobody cares what kind of engine you're running. Even though this site is meant to promote the subcompact culture, all perspectives should be welcomed here. From what I've seen, the mods take great lengths to ensure this forum doesn't de-evlove like *some* of the other local boards. |

| Hey everyone, I too have a big gas guzzling V-8, 5.7Litre350, dont laugh, it gets me where i want sometimes, and I too will haul you cars, my truck is set up for pulling, (and beating cavaliers but that is a nother story). |
|
|
| Spike7ss |
| Hey v6less, what have you done to your chevy? what do you have for mods etc? |
|
|
| ZUPRA ZEN |
| Hey v6less im new here too and i think that anyone who has the desire to enhance their ride is ok by me! Do you have any pics? |
|
|
| redbaron303 |
| You're totally right Zupra Zen, it's just for the events that oem v8 equipped vehicles aren't allowed to compete for the time being, as we're trying to support the sport compact scene.... Hmmm, you could put the v8 into a datsun Z or a miata.... :D then be eligable to run our races.... :D |

Wow, you set your truck up for beating Cavaliers! Base 2.2L ones no doubt.
Welcome to the site guys! :D :wavey:
And Spike, don't worry about my comment. Just remember, just because most Cavaliers on the road are the base 2.2L models with 3 speed auto's, they aren't all slow! |

| Hey there again, a little a bout my ride, its a 91 chev 2500 HD 4x4 with a rebuilt 350, and new rear end, and the 4L80E tranny has a shift kit in it, im running 3 inch exhuaust to a free flowing muffler and out. For motor mods, rebuilt and everything done 0.20 over, helix powertower tbi spacer, and the usual K & N. Body mods i have swapped my grille and installed a 94 and up with APC clear corners and clear tail lights. My truck has lots of low end for destroying ALL cavaliers , yes i said all cavaliers! |
