Bolt ons as always. Intake, exhaust. Performance plugs/wires are always a good help. and good suspension.

welcome to the boards
and yes basic bolt-ons are usually pretty cheap and do enough that you can notice them.
i started with exhaust and then intake.

you could also try

for more info. they have forums by year of your lude

shift
3Gs don't really have the greatest aftermarket support.

but i'd follow the advice that was previously mentioned

if you're somewhat mechanically inclined yourself i'd recommend a stage 2 clutch, install it yourself to save money- maybe some racing headers... im not sure, but you might be able to get an ECU Mugen racing chip off ebay for next to nothing- i know they have them for 1990 civics at least... you could always pull out the catalytic converter for potential horsepower increase (although i dont know if it'll make much difference) and a short shift system is always nice... err... depending on how much money you have i mean. you also might be able to get a cheap igition kit off e-bay... some lowering springs always help cornering... any other suggestions anyone? either way, good luck getting it faster :D
