| Bolt ons as always. Intake, exhaust. Performance plugs/wires are always a good help. and good suspension. |

welcome to the boards
and yes basic bolt-ons are usually pretty cheap and do enough that you can notice them.
i started with exhaust and then intake. |

3Gs don't really have the greatest aftermarket support.
but i'd follow the advice that was previously mentioned |

| if you're somewhat mechanically inclined yourself i'd recommend a stage 2 clutch, install it yourself to save money- maybe some racing headers... im not sure, but you might be able to get an ECU Mugen racing chip off ebay for next to nothing- i know they have them for 1990 civics at least... you could always pull out the catalytic converter for potential horsepower increase (although i dont know if it'll make much difference) and a short shift system is always nice... err... depending on how much money you have i mean. you also might be able to get a cheap igition kit off e-bay... some lowering springs always help cornering... any other suggestions anyone? either way, good luck getting it faster :D |
