probably HID retrofit.
i don't know anyone in edmonton that does it. if that is what your looking for.
i was going to try a DIY one but it looks like a pain in the ass.

| i dunno he's pretty busy, but I'll ask him. He didn't charge me anything for mine, so its likely he won't charge much (if anything at all) if he's got time. |
