I usually don't put too much weight in weather forecasts but with such a dire prediction, even if it were wrong it'll still be cold (maybe high of -17, low of -24?)

Actually, Environment Canada is forecasting -24/-30, and they are usually more accurate than the Weather Network. Hmm, I wonder how long the cold snap will last though...it'll be reading week soon. |

try this some time...
pick a day, say one week away.
watcht hat day and record what is predicted up until the day arrives.
You will be VERY surprised. |

I think we did up here.... We got some blizzards int h last 2 weeks, well mini blizzards that you city folk never got. |

Boiling hot water from the kettle works faster. Just make sure you wipe the excess water off or else you'll have it frozen even better.
