what do you think of the car?
i might buy one

Honda_Civic_25
I love the 06's!!!! I would so get one but I dont have the cash, I am looking at getting a 02 RSX Type-S in a year ot two but if I could get a 06 I would. I think they are one of the nices cars out there right now.

Decent power, well put together. Crap handling - easy to fix though.

In all honesty I may prefer a loaded Civic Si though. Same power, better handling - cooler interior.

I don't like the new front end or tail lights, much prefer the older style

I'm not much of an import fan. (Sorry guys);) But the new Civic Si is a pretty damn nice car in my opinion. I would wait and get one of those before an RSX-S.

icydude
i would take the k20 and find a way to put it in a hb civic;)

XpliziT
thanks.. but i dont really like the civic simply because it looks like a space ship of some sort.
:dunno:

That's funny cuz when the RSX first came out, so many ppl told me it looked like a space rocket (imagine it standing on its rear bumper facing the sky)

Either way, you won't know how much you like it until you test drive it.

Rich_A
Dare I say? Yes I do - The Si is more fun to drive than a Type-S. :D

Right now Civic Si is a better deal I feel then a RSX.
Bang for your buck wise, but it also depends what you personaly like, drive them both.

I prefer the new style RSX over the older gen simply because of the taillights. Overall ive always liked the looks of it though:)

Ive yet to see the new civic SI on the road though so i cant really comment on its looks as for ALL cars, pictures do not do justice.

A guy that graduated from my school came by one day because he helps out
with the basketball team and he just got a new 06 civic si.
Damn lucky too, that thing is sooooooo nice. Next time I see
him he said he'd take me for a spin, I can't wait.

The only thing is I've always loved the rsx since the day
they were released, so I'd go with one of those before a civic
even if it's cheaper. Acura is my favorite manufacturer, they
have the sexiest line up of cars in my opinion. I plan on
getting a 2nd gen integra come spring

Ive got an 05 type s, exactly the same as the 06, and I love it, some one said crap handling? what are you talking about? I had a 97 ITR prior to this car, and yeah the ITR still out handles it, but the type S handling is nothing near ' crap ' thats forsure

I test drove both RSX gets the win for interior and exterior styling but for bang for the buck civic wins that one.

I sat in an 06 Civic at the edm car show, and I hated it. The interior was so gay. I used to be a civic man, Ive only owned civics since I bought my first car in 99, then I sat in a new si at the car show and it sucked ass, I liked the interior of the new cobalt (yuck) better than the new civ, Im sorry to say, which was most disconcerning. So I ended up buyin an RSX, and havent regreted it yet.. RSX is the way to go man...

XpliziT
alright thanks for the feed back guys..
i guess ill be rollin on sum 17"s
of a RSX-s this may haha:thumbup:
