Seriously, have you ever seen a Mulletteer driving a Lancer? |
|
|
| Insomniac |
No, not a mulleteer.
When we were at the auto show, there was a line up of small town honkeys waiting to get into the Eclipse. New Mitsus are almost outcast from the SCC scene, but seem to be really popular with Nicklebacks.
Ok, I'm stereotyping and generalizing, but the alternative is doing work.

Why doesn't Canada change their crash requirments from 5 mph bumpers to 3 mph? |

Someone told me an Evo was legal if the bumpers was changed. Meaning u can bring one over from the states, change the bumper and it would be perfectly good to register.... dunno how true that is though :dunno: |

I want a evo, and i heard the best way is to get a crashed one and just fix it here and its a gimmie? like not a write off but a crashed one have it fixed here and you set? I dont know about that.
I know 1 way is to buy the shell and build it in canada and vin it here. Thats how the only Escort Cosworth RS and kickin around. Either way i would like an Evo just for the fact that it would be special. Like get a WRX sti and its pretty much the same but evo no one has it, or be very rare to have in canada . I know theres a guy tho with an evo6 in BC rippin around ... but never been able to stop and talk with him |

someone lied to you. its not that easy. the car is still not admissable on the riv list even if the bumpers have changed. you have no way of proving the new bumper will pass our crash standards. |
