Dealer service - Click HERE for Original Thread

Went to the local honda dealer (south side) for a quote on some maintenance work and I will never ever go back to them again. These guys are the biggest scam possible there quote was $400 more than two other Honda dealers and one Acura dealer. They overcharge and don't do a good job. This has got to be one of the worst places out there. I strongly suggest people take their honda's elsewhere.

I can recommend Alberta Honda. Their service department was awesome a few years back, when Dave Ranson was still the manager. Hopefully they've kept up their previous standards.

I used to work at a Yellowhead Honda when I was in high school.

Their practices make me scared to take my car to any shop for service!

I took my prelude to Yellowhead Honda for my very first service when I arrived from Ontario. Unfortunately, the scratched my front lip and the interior was all dirty. I was not a happy camper and demanded that they remove the front lip, get it painted and re-install it when it was ready. They did, after a big hassle with the service staff and manager.

Since then, I've been taking my prelude to Alberta Honda where I and my prelude have been treated better. I know they are owned by the same person but the staff is what makes the dealership.

Everybody I know loves Millwoods Honda

check out Auto-Tec, they're all ex-honda employee's and will be faster than any of the dealers.

They (millwoods) scratched my front lip too in the summer, luckily I took a walk around and noticed it, even then they denied it, eventually they agreed to fix it but I had to get them estimates from 3 different shops and they would only take it off, I have to put it back on.

Now that I think about it I don't know why I have gone back there for service when they are totally lacking it.

Top Tech is a honda/acura specialty shop....i brought my honda there when I had it. my bro still brings his civic there too. GREAT GREAT guys. MY family knows the owners...great guys. the two guys who started it used to be top mechs at Alberta Honda.
