someone to lead the club - Click HERE for Original Thread

Scintillater
i know i started this forum thread, because i thought it'd be really fun. but we need some real leadership or at LEAST an organizer. i can't do any of that because i've already got a ton of stuff on my plate, plus i barely know anything about cars....i just drive one. *hahah* i came here to learn MORE :P so anyone?

REDX2NV
yes we need a club, but me im going to pass, im a lazy full time student..

ALIAS81
i work fulltime but would be more then happy to try and start up and lead up this integra club of ours. if no one else steps up id be more then willing to do so. ALIAS81

maybe a good first step would be to arrange a meet?

Scintillater
well...someone who wants to lead should take the initiative to do so. but as i already said that won't be me.

TypeRWannabe
and there should be a website!!! With a howto section.... :D

What kind of how to's are you looking for?

CanadianR
I agree with the statement that if someone wants to lead they should take charge and lead. Alias, if you're interested you've got my support. Myself, i would be interested in leading but i'm afraid i don't have nearly enough time to do a good job ( i work 50+ hrs/week, my girlfriend works 50-60, and she has two children that we have to care for as well). But i would be willing to help out with things when i am available.

TypeRWannabe
I dont need howto's, well not rite today anyways, i want to help MAKE howtos B)

scooby_dooby
Well you can help me install my Skunk2 IM, and then I'll design you an online HowTo/Edmonton Integra page!

CanadianR
If i buy coilovers this summer we could make a how-to for those if anyone is interested.

Markis
Hopefully you'll have things organized by May 18.

Whomever it is, please contact me so we can chat about May 18.

Seks
Scint: I'll lead...but one thing: all of you have to slap on my favorite license plate frame :)

btw, what's happening on May 18?

83b18b1slow
May 18th,
it is the first v8less event at Bud Park. Check the main page for the schedule.

It's probably so maybe they can get different parking and displays for all the little groups of v8less.

83b18b1slow, i think you're the man for the job!

haha i cant make a howto if i dont even know what an IM is :(

REDX2NV
Skunk2 intake manifold, wow those are a bitch to do.

scooby_dooby
Looks like quite the task that's for sure, a shop would charge 3 hours.

Anyone done this before? Changed an Intake Manifold?

REDX2NV
there was a writeup on honda-tech for it, said it took them 14 hours

TypeRWannabe
Well here we go, our first howto is gona be on a skunk2 IM. Oh yeah i second that 83b18b1slow is the man to be the leader

83b18b1slow
Hey people.
Thanks for the recommendations.
I wish I could lead the group, but...
I have a confession.

I don't own an Integra anymore. :tear:
I'll be glad to help out, whenever I can.

I believe the leader should own an integra.
I am only a former owner.
