body work questions.. - Click HERE for Original Thread

onedayaway
I have a civic project I plan to start.
However it has the typical rear fender rust right where the rear bumper meets the fender.
It may even need to have aftermarkets fenders welded into it depending on what happens when the grinder hits it.

Anyone know any decent shops to take it to for some quotes or even a place that would paint it (whole car) if I did the body work?

I'm going to Modern autobody (west) they fixed my truck once and will have to do it again and my car needs some rust repair also.

Pretty decent as far as quality and pricing go?

Modern will most likely not go near your rusted Civic, they usually stick to only newer cars, and only certain manufacturers at that.

Keep in mind if you plan to do the body work that you will have a tough time finding a shop that is willing to paint your car, and provide a warranty for their work.
