| Just wondering if anyone has ever had any trouble with a claim dealing with a direct insurance company like millenium or canada direct? My brother deals with insurance and he can't come close to the price I received from millenium. But he said good luck trying to deal with them when you have a claim. He says that I am much better off to deal with a broker. So I am just wondering if anyone has had any experience with putting a claim in to them and how it went. Thanks |

I've claimed through other ppls insurance(aka there fault) only had one prob, but a quick call to IBC set them straight.
I was run off the road once and had to claim under my own insurance. I didn't want to chance havign to pay fopr towing to I managed to get te car to my folks place myself, then from there we used their AMA to get it to the body shop.
No issues with the ins co, took a while to gets parts.. but that s a diff story. |
