I find it amazing to find anybody in Alberta who objects to the baby seal hunt in Canada.
Here in Alberta, we slaughter 70% of the country's 35 million slaughtered cows each year, or 24.5 million cows. Nobody seems to complain about this activity, which goes on ALL YEAR LONG.
When is Paul McCartney going to come out here?

Hunting of all kinds in Canada is a extremely reulated event. Biologist look at animal numbers every year to determin the cap for the next year. I personally don't care for hunting and I think 'sport' hunting is stupid, but as long as it is done safely and legaly with all the licences/tags paid for, I don't see anything wrong with that.
I do fish, I get a licence for both winter and summer, only keep the few I intend to eat and I never go over the limit. Whenever a parks officer checkes my papers I always thank him and tell he's doing a great job, and they will often tell you where the fish are biting.
Humans are onmivors, we eat both a meat and plants. Look at our teeth, look at 10,000 years of proven history. Vegans and stupid. Celeberties thats use there faces and fames to support these piontless cute photo op's are even more stupid.
And calf are cute too. Don't take my word. Calving season just ended. drive out of Edmonton in any direction and you'll find a heard. Mommy and Baby cows are everywhere .Now imagine the baby cow sizzling on your BBQ...... Yummm |

White coats are not allowed to be clubbed or killed, nor have they been for decades. Another stupid myth. A huge part of this is the cute white seals, THEY HAVE NOTHING TO DO WITH IT.
