Here's my thoughts:
1/ "Clear coat protectant": Wax and polish, 2 hours and $50 in supplies.
2/ "Rust protection": Almost useless on new cars, as they're pretty well sealed and use loads of plastic. Unless you plan on owning the car for 15 years, don't bother.
3/ "Undercarriage rock protection": Cost me $15 in supplies (2 cans of rubber spray from Canadian Tire), and 1 hour with a spraygun. Useful, but dealerships will charge you upwards of a few hundred bucks for it.
That's just my opinion...

| yea we charge $200 for undercoating alone, it isn't cheap to say the least *and its the easiest thing to do* you're just paying for time and product |
