My APEX Modified feedback - Click HERE for Original Thread

Why I went there: Needed a new filter, and needed a worm screw clamp fixed.

The experience:
Firstly, those guys at Apex are absolutely the nicest guys ever. Extremely helpful, and just being able to get an appointment with them on what my schedule allowed was impressive. I got to Apex, and they started to work, they found out my filter wasn't stock and turned out to be different than the one they had ordered, so they decided to give me a more expensive, nicer filter which was 10 dollars more for the same price. This new filter was larger and wasn't able to be fit properly so basically they repositioned the blowoff valve and then installed the filter. They then noticed the hosing was being being pinched against the filter and went out of their way to replace the hosing from the bov with more flexible hosing and also shortened the piping for my intake.

All in all i'm extremely impressed and recommend the guys at apex to anyone!

Actually I need to clarify myself. I was a little hot headed when I originally wrote that statement and things came out in a way that i never meant or realized at the time when i wrote it.

First of all the swap/turbo is complete. There is a lingering "upload failed" problem that unfortunately seems to be a single issue with this project that very few have encountered before. Neither I or karl at apex have been able to come up with anything that works and for me personally has been really frustrating. The problem was with communication between myself and apex. I should have addressed it sooner before it lead to a boiling point. Apex has put in a lot of time that i never realized was being done. I made the assumption that the needed time wasn't being put in. Every time I had talked with apex the conversation sometimes ended with me feeling that the car was pushed aside. I was never given a clear reason why the car wasn't looked at and I unfortunately jumped to conclusions. Too late the damage is done. For that I do apologize personally to karl. I never once felt that he didn't put in 100% effort as if it was his own car.

I have lots of experience from Apex mainly from before Karl was around. I have always liked there service and work and just because staff changed I dont think qaulity(sp) did I will be going there aslong as they are open and I can drive. to APEX
