like the topic says. if you dont know what it is, dont bother asking cause chances are you wouldnt have it. engine rebuilders would know what it is though

bridge reamer, or ridge reamer? I work in sales for industrial supply products, and I've never heard of ridge reamers. I have heard of bridge reamers though, and sell them alot.

ridge reamers are for removing the ridge on the top of a cylinder.
