[B]1994 civic Hb for sale
Condition of the car.....
over-all shape is good - better than average for it's age....front bumper is peeling due to rock chips but will be re-painted depending on the price....the car was green...the car was repainted metalic plum all the door jambs, trunk jambs and even a part of the engine bay have all been painted....the only things that were not painted is the inside of the trunk and the engine fire-wall ...
Engine is in fair shape Runs very good....has 165000 kms is due for a
tune-up @ 170000kms plugs wires...etc... there are no leaks what so ever
valve cover gaskets....oil pan gaskets... are all in good condition...
very good on gas....very economical...has an after market air intake
Clutch is strong....
Wheels are factory 13' inch steel wheels, the tires on them have about 85% tread and are next to new....
Interior.., is also in fair shape ...the only thing that really bothers me is the lack of a tach,(theres no Rpm gauge!) no A/C, no tilt wheel just very basic ....
THINGS THAT ARE MISSING in the interior...pass. side vent, vent fan lever...lever works but button is missing, ash trays front and back,
no Stereo (radio and speakers ... there are none....)Center console the cup holders are there but they are broken ...
drivers side,.. a small cover on the dash (Filler plate for factory switches ) drivers seat is starting to show a little bit of wear...pass. seat is in good cond. rear seats are in very good shape.... Over all interior is good no burns, rips, or tears any thing...new carpets, floor mats ... steering wheel is starting to show a little bit of wear on the top...
the driver's side window crank is missing a bushing so it currently Will NOT roll UP or down.....its cheap to fix....
around $50.00....

| same car with work needed and parts needed go for around 1500-2500US on honda-tech or ebay.com..... so id say for a car that NEEDS a paint job now... and is missing parts inside the car... NEEDS new front seats and whatever else .. and is a 94 is worth about 4000...that price is just edmontons overpriced cars....whats the book value on the car???im sure its alot lower than 6500 |

ya, WTF are you talking about? There's no 96 tegs for 6000, if there is it's goinna be a run-down piece of shit. A nice 90-93 goes for 8000-9000.
Right now the CHEAPEST 96 Integra in all of alberta is 11,900. Maybe you should actually try shopping for a car yourself before you talk out your ass. Instead of just spouting off what your brother paid...

From where you work... It's amazing how much cheaper you get products when you work for the place selling it! I worked for a dealership for two years and saw some "expensive" cars go for less if I were to buy them, and now I wish I had!!!!
The reason I never bought a civic is because for a good, clean, low km civic they all seem to be very overpriced IMO. I'm not saying they're bad cars or not worth the money, for what you save in gas/maintenance they're awesome :) IF that car is absolutely mint aside the bumper it seems like a reasonable deal for buying a car from a guy off the street.... I haven't seen to many REALLY GOOD, WELL MAINTAINED civics go for less than $4k that are 1992+ and I haven't seen an integra that I wanted go for less than like $10K all private sales.... I spend a lot of time looking and deciding what I want, and when it comes down to it, resale is to high on Honda products which is good for the guy that bought it new because it won't have shit resale like an american ride...
This is the forsale forum, and you people shouldn't come in here and have a pissing match to see who can flame who about the better deal/rip off on the net! The person is selling something, and if you don't like what they're selling so be it, don't post about it because it has no relavence to what they're doing here (even this post). If he said there was a turbo in it, hell I would even say prove it, and that's reasonable because it pertains to the sale of this vehicle and we're trying to get honest posts when things are sold through this forum so V8less does not get a bad name and slandering people because they post their stuff for sale for the price they want for it is BS! |
