Oh, um In Quicktime open both movies (open part 1 and part 2),
Then select part two, and click Edit > Select All, Edit > Copy
Then Select part 1 and click Edit > Paste.

Then File > Save As... F.Y.I. Change the name of the file initially so you dont overwrite the "good" copyies if something goes wrong.

Double check to make sure the sound file doesn't get screwed, then delete the separate parts. :D

Or simply install BSPlayer (it will play Quicktime and Realplayer files, very low overhead too) and it will play both parts without stopping.
