I would have just emailed or forwarded the mods this message cause posting out in the open like this is not a mature choice for resolution.

I'd say that my reaction is a fair bit more mature than the message. Why should something like this remain hidden and unknown?
Also, there currently is no method of reporting threatening PM messages (there is for threads, however no way for PMs). Hopefully this will point out to out moderators that it would be important to have a venue to do so. |

How is that solving the problem? Please keep in mind however, that the seller originally listed the part as "brand new ITR seats". It has since been modified, but only after my last post.
I pointed out that it was false advertising, and have since gotten a warning from 780Tuners, and a serious threat of violence from the seller.
I would like a response from a Mod that will justify the response (or lack there of) above, and inform me on how the threat situation is being handled.
Threats of violence are serious, and should be handled as such. |

I have again been contacted by a moderator with somewhat of a solution for the threat issue. They have aggreed to cooperate with the EPS should they be needed.
I am waiting on contact information on who I should have the EPS contact.

I am still however, waiting on a reason I was sent a warning by 780tuners about posting a negative comment in a fs thread.
My comment was informative to potential buyers, and ultimately made the seller edit his FS post and topic to accurately reflect the item in question. If it wasn't for this, I would be very impressed with the response time and method of handling the issue.
Well, I'd also like to know how our little trash talking gangster friend is dealt with.
