| fuck....fuck... fuck... i am so stupid.. i was turning left across the road and didn't see a van coming due to a fed ex ban blocking my vew.. i went for it and BAM.. celica totaled... not as bad as rickys but its bad.. i got pix i will post. a toyota siena hit me.. it is FUCKED the engine is pushed right up into the fire wall.. my celica only had the fender pushed in and the front axle is snaped.. shoot me now.. i don't deserve to live..... fuck |

yea i am ok just sore, the other guys ok too. i didn't know there was one more lane.. i never do shit like these either, i don't know what i was thinking... any who, it will prolly be on the news, there was a camera guy there. i got one cell phone pic for now, i am going to get pics tomorow.

If you don't have collision you may want to try selling the car whole first - without it being flagged as a writeoff, and with the damage localized to the one area, it may be an easy sell (As it may be a very easy fix). |

Not to be a dick but thats why I don't drive a rhd car. It is way too dangerous not being able to see around the cars infront of you. Hell its hard enough to drive and avoid accidents when you are driving a lhd car. I predict that in a year or so insurance companies will no longer be insuring rhd cars due to the fact that they are more susptable to being in car accidents and being written off, espcially doing left hand turns.

Everyday I drive, I curse at alot of people out there, so many people don't understand braking distance and reaction time, I hate when people just turn in front of me cause I leave space between the car in front of me and my bumper, Suv's minivans and trucks I absolutely refuse to drive behind , as for a factor in your accident, you can't see past them. Alot of edmonton drivers are real bad, and no its not the younger people driving these days, Look at the rig pigs in their big turbo deisel trucks haulin ass out there, the family women that are in their minivans! ha a ricers stereo is a distraction, how about your disobedient kids yelling at you cause your incar dvd player is working or skipping the video so you have to put down your timmys coffee , tell the person on your cell to hold cause your gossip is interrupted by Spongebob not playing properly and smash! I can turn my stereo down! Its dangerous out there and there are so many factors, I don't like to hear about peoples cars getting wrecked due to forseable circumstances, if we all pay a little more attention it should get better out there.
as for a beater! (Buy a Merkur!) I know where there is one for sale and I believe its in really good running condition, cheap turbo rwd car with lotsa extras built in! (sorry cant help it, I love mine and want to share) |

in my accident with my red skyline
because of being on the right side i saw the car comming towards me first, and was able to slow down faster than if i was in a LHD car,
my accident was similar to yours, except i was the car that was going straight and the other guy was turning left infront of me
