If anybody needs something done, I live in calgary. The only thing I require is the fibreglass, resin, bondo, sandpaper, cigarettes and maybe a littel ceasars $5 hot and ready pizza lol. I'd be happy to do more, Im trying to gain some xperience here and eventually pursue a career, soooo, the more the better! |

Not much. There is hardly any bondo on the bumper at all. All the work I did was with the fibreglass. If you lay it just right and put resin in the right spots. all you have to do is sand it. I only used the bondo to fill in the light divits. |

haha. replica kit.. Front bumper- Needs the sides to line up.. one curves more than the fender. Mighty have to build up some fiberglass and sand it to match.. Rear bumper- I want that small gap it has b.w the trunk and its top to go away.. Skirts- Minor adjustments so they mount flush to body. I really only think it'll take 8 hours max.. I'll be in calgary sometime soon visiting a friend.. Maybe then??? I dont have all the shit needed, but I can cover for it if needed. |

I'll have you know it takes roughly 2-4 hours for a layer of fibreglass to harden properly. By the sounds of it, I'd estimate this job at 20-30. |

| I have to pay for drying time? lol. How about 200 to fit the kit over the period of a day? |
|

| I could even leave it overnight and go stay at my bud's place. |

I wouldn't charge you for drying time, I'm just saying, the process would be way more than 8 hours :) |

exactly just got min e done i spent 10 hours who knows how many were spent buy the body shop guys
fitting kit on cars is pain in the ass especially if you wnat it to look like it was all factory designed
lets put it this way the cheaper the kit the more time it takes a good fitting body kit is for for 2-4000 dollars the type of kit you just bolt on on ad walk away
and you just start direct paint with one primer coat |

I'd say if you wanted your kit to fit and be done properly, you'd have to leave your car with me until I'm done.
Giving me a 2 day time limit makes me rush, and when I rush I make mistakes. |

| worst thing when people do kits is rush the guy ... and ypu can not estimate hours it will take if youa re not the one working on it, let the person working on it look and make estimate on time |

| Did you lay an extra layer of fiberglass underneath the damaged areas? I've seen kits fall back apart in the same spots if they were only reglassed on top and not reinforced on the other side. Looks good, been prepping my bumper all weekend, luckily no refiberglassing required this time around, just sanding prep. |
