my BMW is a pretty big waste of money as well. could have went a bit smaller and had some money to spend rather then in debt.

I bought a house in the NE. Kept it for one year, then bought another.

That's not the dumb part. I sold my house, grr! Should've just rented it out, but I got excited about my new purchase.

Anyways, if you buy real estate, DO NOT SELL! :) Rent it, but don't sell it.

This is the biggest 'money' mistake I've ever made, but who can tell the future right? (I was getting choked out on the payments, so at the time it was the right move).

NOW, it's worth 100G's more. Oooooops!! But, then again, my new house is worth 150G's more :)

Same shit, but I still think it was a bad sell..

house is still considered an investment, so you still kinda gained from it, unless you were actually able to support owning 2 houses at a time(i guess you could if you rented the other one out), in that case you potentially lost that much money as well.

its not as bad as me telling my parents to buy another house here over a year ago, now that they see the prices rising, their looking into a third house now

stealth

 You got it all wrong! Those are never a waste.

I have a million...like my stupid civic...should have got an inspection first.

But there's this one my dad always teases my sister and I about from when we were little. Anyone remember pogo sticks? I can't remember what the other thing was called but it was something similar - you hopped around on it and had to have good balance - but it was a ball full of air with a flat piece around that you stood on so it looked like a planet with rings. Anyone remember these? Well, we saved our allowance up and finally bought one and my sister got on it when we got home and popped a hole in the ball. I cried. It was a very sad day. It was even fluorescent blue and pink! Those were the days.

seevik

Any Video game I bought before I played it. They bite me in the ass almost everytime. And my home sub, I got good use for a while but now I have a new neighbor upstairs who complains about EVERYTHING. In the middle of the afternoon she bitched that my computer speakers were 2 loud. They are 100 dollar cheepies and wernt even kinda turned up. This bitch is driving me nuts. On a related note, if anyone wants to make some money doing "Pest Control" "cough cough" for me I can make it worth your while.
