Ok, latelly I've been looking at the importconcern vehicles and I really don't know what to buy. For two years nows I've been constantly looking at skylines and I know I want one, but I don't want to be stuck with a big problem... one thing that is really worring me is that I have no clue how hard some skyline replacement parts are going to be to find.
To all you skyline owners, do simple repairs become a huge hassle? I would consider myself unlucky with car lol and I spend alot of time with my car on the jack, last thing I want is to spend MORE time because a part is unavailable or way out of my budget! I live in the quebec/montreal area, anyone have any relative information?! |

Nissan can order all parts from Japan, just as you would for a 240SX.
There are so many Crashed skylines lying around now, there will almost always be at least one be parted out at a time.
Some parts are the same as Z32, for instance the brakes.
Think about how many have been imported, if everyone had a huge problem, there would be 50 million threads regarding the issue of people not being able to fix their skyline.
On the other hand there is 50 million threads in automotive forums across Canada in regards to the same thing you are asking right now. If you are serious, please refer to [http://gtrcanada.com]GTRCanada[/url] and search it, all the information you are looking for will be in there :)
