Hey im having real hard time here because most of the ppl who work at the SAAQ or (mostly) the goverment don't seem to know what to do with an imported car.
First I've called a couple of time and I had three different anwsers
So if anyone here passed the SAAQ inspection and could help me that be great...
Ok first they asked the "title" from japan or the "registration"
Is it the Export Certificate? because its written " Registration No." in it, and the "Maker's Serial Number"?
And.. I need the "Form #2" I received the "Form #1" from IC... But no one (SAAQ, Douane Canada, Transport Canada) have a clue where I get the second one.. I'll call tomorrow morning and maybe with luck I'll get someone who can help me.

I've registered many cars in Quebec and this is the first time I EVER hear of a Form 2 ... are you sure they don't want a B-3?

| Form 2 is for importation from USA, if the registry is asking for it for a Japanese import, they clearly don't know what they are doing. |
