hey everyone i am selling a turbo d-16, incase someone is not familiar with civic motors its the stock honda civic si motor , these r the list of stuff on the engine:
d-16 engine and tranny
14b turbo ( off a talon)
front mount intercooler
hks blow of valve
450cc injectors
chipped ecu with over 30 hrs of tunning done to it
racing clutch with lighter flywheel
these r the main stuff, it includes everything u need to completly have a turbo civic, including the down pipe, intake manifold, and half the wiring harness, i am not gonna try to hide the truth from anyone , my car was stolen 7 months ago and i just found my engine in some girls car , i got the cops included and i proved that it is mine and i pulled it out and now i want to sell it, i am asking $4500 installed or $4000 none. the install will be done at sumaro's auto . serouse inquires only plz, and if anyone does'nt trust an engine sitting on a stand i wont need the payment till u see ur car running. the install price is to put the engine in a 92-95 honda civic only, other car will be aranged on a diff price . |

what type of d16 engine? you said 92-95 si engine so i assume its a d16z6?
and the turbo off a 1g talon is a 14b not a 14g and its made by mitsubishi not garrett

| It's ok, you can run these low impedance dsms without resistors. You can run 12psi without a chipped ecu for a bit to get you home. Not to mention all the fuckin exhaust leaks and all the broken parts on my car after I got it out if his shop. From my personal experience, Sumarus is a HACK, and he will just tell you anything to get your money. |

Also your map your running was tuned by matt for a non vtec d15, 30 hours of tuning? right... if you consider 30 hours of tuning to be a base map from a differnet motor all together burned to a chip and put into your ecu...
btw my d16z6 is running 10 pounds and i bag the shit out of it.. so no you dont need alot of money to boost... |

those engines are a dime a dozen man.. unless you buy them from sumaru there $600..

This engine/ turbo kit has junk yard written all over it, I have seen this turbo kit in the car as I am firends with the girl who bought the car.
4000$ is retarded for this setup. That is the most ghetto turbo kit ever, the car was not fast at all, all this is worth is maybe 2000$ at the most.
I had to put another engine in this girls car for her, after sumarus took the other engine out. She got screwed.
This turbo kit is junk.
There's some honest feedback.
STD manifold w/ adapter plate, dsm turbo, dsm 450cc's, ground out the dizzy housing to allow more room for retarding the timming, nissan rubber intake pipe w/ a cone filter, some ghetto ass downpipe, chipped p28 ecu (probably has a generic turbo d16 chip) 3" intake pipe connected to the nissan intake pipe wrapped in heat tape, the worst fmic install job I have ever seen, with the crappiest pipe job ever as well. Cant recall the BOV probably dsm, and a clutch and flywheel (if thats true)
This is a joke... 4000$ hahahahahahahaha

I'd just like to chime in here.
I'm Matt, the guy that steve bought his kit and thus the basemap from. The chip was a street tune that I did with my PLX m300 wideband.. I spent probobly 4 hours on the tune on the street doing runs and changing tables.
The tune was only really tweaked for 10psi, to make it run on your car Steve would've had to have added a vtec map and change a ton of things, so I'd love it if my name wasn't associated with that setup or the shit you're trying to sling at all.
That being said, do you work for Reg or do you work Reg's kid? I don't think Reg would appreciate his business's good name being basically trashed by your conduct on a board that can bring lots of business to his shop. I'd suggest not acting like such a tool and ignoring the flame baiters, and lowering your price. I sold Steve his kit (which was better) for $1500 if that helps.

Z6's are only worth 500 max, yes you can find a sucker out there to pay a bunch more than that, but when you can buy d15b's from jdmsource for 700 with far less KM then there is no reason to overpay for some clapped out z6. |
