So heres the plan..

Im looking for a 19+ Inch LCD.. With less then 8MS Response time.. 1280x1024 + Res..
Heres what i want to do, If anyone knows a model that would be great

I have seen it done before with a dell monitor.. i just dont remember the model number..

PLay a Video Game Full Screen .. and watch T.V in the botton left / right corner of the screen..

Will a Normal PIP Capable LCD + a PCI Tv tuner card do it?
Or do u need a LCD PIP With Tv Tuner Built into it?

What chu guys think?
