Does anyone know of a reverse directory on the net that works??
I have found several that either don't work or say they are temporarily down for upgrades or something like that.
Basically, I got rear-ended by this lady that wanted to pay cash and not deal with insurance. Now she tells me where to go if I get ahold of her or she simply doesn't return my calls.
So I have a working phone number, I just need to find out where she lives so I can maybe speed up the payment process...
I will also give someone the # privately if they have a way of getting an address. Or maybe I should just post the number here and everyone can start calling her and demanding she repairs my car! lol
Thanks in advance guys. :) |

| As much fun as that would be, that will be my last resort. I want to at least give her a chance (although it has already been 3 weeks with no success). |

u dont have any of her ohter info? insurance or stuff like that?
Id call her insurance, seeing as she rear ended u, U would not be at fault and your insurance company would not have to pay anything. Sooo your rates shouldnt go up. |

| if you have information about her insurance company...go to them. and go to them quick. don't wait any longer. if it's been 3 weeks, then clearly she's trying to evade you. |

Your a controller! Stop acting like an accountant, there's no AFDA where your concerned! lol. Go to her insurance company, I think you gave her enough time to fix/pay damages :(
And whats this about "she tells u where to go?" ....im assuming she's bad mouthing you? THats just rediculous. She's trying to take advantage of you when YOUR actually doing HER a favour?! I woudnt take any sympathy. |

Thanks for all the help guys! I few people I think sent me the address at the exact same time, and that alberta.com worked too. Thanks again!
Just for an update, the accident was minor so we didn't bother with insurance because she insisted she would give me cash (I would have done the same in her position). So she gave me her # and I checked it right away so I knew it worked. But as soon as I gave her the quotes from the body shops (all around $450) she told me to screw off and it wasn't that bad and I just needed touch-up paint.
Anyway, I got the address that her plate was registered, but the house seemed abandoned and when I talked to the neighbor he said the lady next door was arrested for drug dealing and the landlord evicted her and then the house had a bad fire.
So that is why I'm trying to find her. |

Dude, that totally sucks ass.
I had a fender bender once where the other person was clearly at fault and wanted to avoid insurance as well. We exchanged all information though, driver's license numbers, phone, address, and even insurance. It all worked out well for the both of us. It's hard to say no to an attractive woman...
Because of your incident, if it ever does happen again which I hope it doesn't, I'm going to think twice about not going through the insurance company. |
