if all the tags say its a r32, then its an r32 with a r34 conversion, and still legal right? |

What do you mean "tags"?
Customs is to stop them. Its thier job, yet they fail terrible at there jobs. Let in new than 15 year old cars and deny 16 year old cars.
If the chassis and the chassis number are orginal and are 15 years old...its basically legal.
