For a price estimate talk to Garage Works, I know they do it.

SUper tint did mine.

They put a thermal layer on first, then the actual coating. Affected light out put minimally.

When I went it was $25/light for a 7" round light.

The don't garentee against rocks chips or cracking, but that it won't go to pieces.

On mine I noticed after a while a few "knicks" in the coating, for where rocks hit, but the actual lense was fine.

I bottomed out and the bumper flexed and a lense popped off, I ran over it(on gravel) I noticed it was missing so I kept an eye out for it found it, it was completely shattered, but I could pick it up in 1 flexible piece.
