So while my car is getting painted i went out and bought myself a 03 cbr600rr
the bikes black/grey and has some road rash on it but i got a fairly good deal so its all good.
cant wait to get out riding. |

| Thanks :) I dont mean to be a bother but what could I get street bike wise for $2000? Somethin older is fine but its gotta be a good first bike and its gotta be pretty quick. If anything like that exsists anyhow lol! Again sorry for beinn a bother and all... :) |

| Most bikes are pretty quick, but you could get an older 600cc streetbike or sdomehting made in the 80's. this is my first bike, well i had a 600r but i only drove that for 300k about 2 years ago. so we will see how this one goes. |

This morning I would have said "awesome" rather than sounding like a paranoid mommy about your thread but I witnessed a pretty nasty wipe out on Whitemud west near Quesnell bridge this afternoon and everytime I close my eyes I can see the guy flying through the air and hitting the curb a few times.... Granted he was driving like a dickhead but still you never know when you lean a little too much and hit a patch of gravel which I think is what happened to this dude. Honestly, I'm amazed he got up and walked away.
So, anyway, have fun but don't be a show off. :) |

take the cource learn to ride and go have fun... lastly get some gear........ballistic jackets rule. i have been down 2 times. both times i and the bike walked away scratch free. |
