I'm not sure. They sure are everywhere now. I would have went with the 6 speed manual myself. He was going to go with the 6 Speed, then at the last minute changed to the paddle shift.

Previous to my current car, every vehicle I have owned was a 4spd or a 5spd. The price was right on this car, and I think it would be dumb as a manual. Mind you I injuried my left knee, so I'm kinda glad it's an auto.
There are some valid reasons for an auto.
Disabled person can't use a shifter, clutch gas and steer at the same time.
I've only ever been off roading in a 5spd, but I'm told it's easier in an auto...

I took off a bit hard, gave it some gas through second, the back end slid out for a bit and then I took off and let off when I was going to shift into third and then went for the turnoff into my area. plenty done since last summer....
i have 2 spoon strut bars and 2 lower ties. i only have the two sturt bars installed right now though. i just installed four tokico illuminas with 5 point adjustability.
some minor crap like a full tanabe catback which is super quiet.
and a apexi voltage stabilizer..
i have a header on the way,and this winter while it was parked i put some jdm fog lights in. i have a spoon ecu but it seems to be the wrong one.
ill snap some pics when i get a chance for you to see. oh and some rota slips as well. and camber adjustment. |

Umm bout 1pm I saw 2 jack asses on highway 2 all the way from Rochester to Edmonton - a black Eclipse 2003ish, and a 92ish Red Laser/Talon.. hard to tell I got buzzed, they were doing darn close to 170-200km/h.
bout midnight at the Timmies on 97st and about 158ave(by the Canadian tire) there was a mini meet, I think an ITR, newer supra, vette... bout 6 or 7 other cars.. |

I was on Whyte Ave on my way home from the gym and at about 1:30am, a White Toyota Supra Mk IV Turbo blew by me and then cut into my lane as soon as he passed me (he didn't use his signal, but the douche was driving a Supra, so signaling is optional :rolleyes: )
I was wondering why he cut into the right lane after he passed me, but I soon found out. He cut over to let a White FD catch up to him. I'm not sure if it was a JDM or USDM...the windows were tinted dark.
They proceeded down Whyte Ave heading east bound and both cars were going about 100km/h. This is pretty cool considering it was raining and everything is wet and slippery.
The continued this for about 10 blocks before I got stuck at a red light.
Why do people do this shit? I am against street racing altogether, but ESPECIALLY in areas like Whyte Ave (the speeding started at Whyte and 99th St. heading east) The street was lined with cars and if anyone came out in front of them, they would have been done...there is no way either car could have stopped in time.
Anyways, sorry for the rant...just a bit pissed.
