what car?
Is it even a hydro clutch?

If it is a hydro clutch basically yes you can all you need to do on a civic for example is go to the bleeder bolt, located on the front of the transmission on the slave cylinder and loosen it, someone pumps clutch fill fluid, etc.. etc..

is it possible? yes? does it cost anything no.

on my cav all you need is a 10mm wrench and a buddy to press down on the clutch.

It's free, do it yourself, depending on how a shop will divide their time for billing purposes, you'd probably be looking at $50.
