ugh!!! wat a freaking afternoon
so here was the initial plan:
1) crap roads = 1 car between my mom & me
2) i pick mom up after class close to GMCC (audrey's bookstore)
3) go to her friend's house, pick her & her son up, drop them off @ a bus stop to take ONE bus to WEM cuz i already made plans to pick up my gf days ago!
4) pick up my gf & her lil sis who will have waited 2.5hrs for me cuz my gf wanted to see me today
5) everything is good!!
problem comes in @ step 3
her friend FIRST turns down a ride from me cuz she has too much freaking pride
SECOND she COMPLETELY forgot that her son wanted to go to Galaxyland cuz he has been bugging her about it for over a month & was supposed to meet us @ her house ~3:15PM.
So what does she do instead of go home? SHE GOES GROCERY SHOPPING.
In the meantime my mom, her friend's son (who doesn't shut up & is rude as f0ck) & i are sitting in the car for over and hour waiting for her @ her doorstep.
4:25PM comes around & we see her strolling nice & slowly to her front step
i have already told my gf to BUS home after waiting close to 3hours for me PLUS i have to go home thru DOWNTOWN rushhour traffic on a FRIDAY
well, it has only taken me 1hr to get home from downtown when it would have taken me 20 minutes in normal traffic, if i had not told my gf to not wait for me she & her sis would have waited 4hours doing NOTHING, and i am in NO MOOD to do ANYTHING for the rest of the day.
BUT i promised the gf that we would spend time together & i dont want to seem pissed off wen we do something!!!!!!!!!!!!!

there's a lot more to the story but i'm too frustrated to type it all out
bottom line....if she had remembered things would have been MUCH easier

there really was not aftermath, I went over to my gf's, had dindin, went out to grab some coffee/midnite pizza with her
chilled @ my place for a bit, played with my fluffball (FAT pomeranian) & left
