well it depends, if by photo radar you mean the one that takes a picture of your plate. Then no, you will not lose demerits. They can't prove it was you behind the wheel, just that your car was speeding.
if you mean laser radar (or any other where they pull you over and talk to you) you will lose demerits as they scan your licsence which proves you were speeding. |
