Join the SVTOA for an all inclusive weekend at the Radium Show & Shine. Hundreds of cars from all over North America attend this car show held on the golf course in Radium's majestic Rocky Mountain beauty. The one fee includes luxurious condo, drinks, show & shine enterance, and we stuff you right full of food! All inclusive for a 2 evening stay.
The event fee includes...
FRIDAY
3:00 pm: We will meet @ the weight scale just west of the Petro Canada on Highway #1 West @ the Cochrane overpass. (If you cannot meet us on time see attached map for the other meeting and destination spots, otherwise we will meet you in Radium @ Bighorn Meadows).
3:15 pm: We will cruise west on Highway #1 to the Highway 93 turnoff for Radium. Before we head South turn right and follow about a ½ mile over the bridge to our next meeting spot which is a store and cabins on the left hand side. This is a beautiful spot to rest, go to the washroom and replenish.
4:45 pm: We will then continue our cruise to Radium. We will meet @ Bighorn Meadows Resort to book-in: See www.bighornmeadows.ca
6:30 pm: Welcome and greet with the club members @ Bighorn with Spolumbo's Sausage and refreshments for dinner until 7:30pm.
8:00 pm: Registration for the Show and Shine is until 10:00pm
SATURDAY
8:00 am: Breakfast (each condo will be stocked with breakfast items to be cooked @ your leisure).
9:00 am: Show and Shine on the Springs Golf Course Driving Range. (Bighorn is on the same property as the Springs Golf Course).
3:00 pm: Cruise along with 600+ vehicles to Invermere and back. (this will be the most awesome cruise that you will ever experience).
6:30 pm: Steak Dinner with all the fix'ins @ the condos.
8:00 pm: Dance in Invermere. There is a free bus service if you prefer not to drive.
SUNDAY
9:00 am: Breakfast (same as Saturday)
10:00am: Check out
10:30am: Cruise back to Calgary with a stop @ Tim Horton's in Canmore.
