Since I bought the car at the start of the week I took the sr out for my car and am now selling the shell. There were many posts about this car and after closely looking at it I'm not sure what to believe. I'll try to be as honest and clear about it if anyone can add HONEST history to the car go ahead. The other threads are

As for what i've seen on the car i'll relist things as I THINK they are.

Exterior

The body of the car is in rough shape. there are many scratches, swirls and color differences in the paint. The front fenders are in the worst shape, with both being rusted and repainted, they need to be gone. I had fenders for this car that would be the same color but sold them, and beleive the guy i sold them to is now trying to get rid of them. They are in very good shape and would be awsome for this car. I fixed the front bumper sagging issue and now it looks pretty good. the car was hit or hit something...? on the passenger (remember its RHD) rear quater. its pushed in but not scraped. side skirts would cover this no prob. the back bumper has some spider cracks only in the paint from backing into stuff or getting hit. It has no rust on it exxcept fo the fenders which is very good. the body does need some work but if you wanted to get it pained with a kit it would have to be done anyways.

Frame

The underbody and frame is VERY clean! it looks like it was undercoated fairly recently. there are a couple dents on the frame rails from jacks, but thats it, no rust ANYWHERE!
I dont know why they said a wheel fell off on this car and it slid, I couldnt see any traces of it, but maybe the parts were replaced.

Engine bay

good shape once again, ready for an sr to be dropped back in! no rust

suspension

The suspension apperently was a big issue, but i dont beleive so. The struts and springs in the front and back do need to be replaced, but i will give the ones off my 240 tthat had passed inspection a month before i took it off the road. the ball joints seemed to be a bit dry, but same condition mine were in when I passed. the tie rod ends do need replacing and the can be found for under 80 at canadian tire. You will definitly need new tires in all four corners as these ones are bald!

Interior

The interior is in near mint shape. the front and rear seats dont have any stains, rips or tears anywhere on them. the carpet does have a couple small tears under the floor mats but is still a good color all the way through.the dash is good except for right above the steering wheel there is a crack. The steering wheel and knob are pretty sweet, along with the ebrake button that wil hold the release down for drifting.

I hope that everything, ask if there are any questions, if you need to reach me quickest way is to call 9154806, names dave. also if you wanted stuff done to it such as the body work done or an sr put in and want me to do it, we could work out a deal as well.

Asking price is 1800 for a good shape RHD 180!
