So, here's the story, had a buyer place a deposit on it last night. Was going to take it in for a inspection today, so his dad was a little more settled, got a deposit, wrote the bill of sale saying he was going to pay in full upon delivery of the car. Calls me today and lets me know that he's a little under a year away from getting his license and his dad thinks it's a bad idea to spend his money now. So he backed out. it's now back up for sale again:

i will walk outside and take pictures of anything you want.
the leather appears as tho it has never been sat in.
please do not judge it by the km's on it. it's worth every penny i paid for it.
i will meet anytime i am not working to show it.

this is a really, really clean car.
the KM's DO NOT SHOW AT ALL! must see to believe, i didn't believe it was fair priced untill i saw the condition

DONT compare this to a JDM TT car, you can't possibly compare a USDM to a TT as they appeal to 2 different crowds.

nope, it's been on my driveway for a few days, i just got home from vancouver, and it was in the shop getting the VTC springs done a few days ago

lol, no wasn't me, i was in vancouver since monday, just got back. there is one for sale EXACTLY like it but 5 spd, and then there's a white NA 2 seater with tan leather for 14 grand that looks like it except for the loss of the rear seats, and then there's one with white rims i think that looks exactly the same minus the rims that isn't for sale in edmonton that i know of so far.
