K so the car has been 'sold' with a deposit twice already. BOTH times the financing didnt go through. I've made 1000 doing nothing, but this is quite annoying.

depends on conditions. dealerships claim to ask for a deposit, but if u read the fine print on bills of sales, they are legally not entitled to hold the desposit more than 30 days if u retract from the sale. |
