So i got tickeded by the rcmp, and to fight it i have to go back to airdrie :dunno:
Can i fight this over the phone, or if i called a traffic lawyer then would go up there instead of having me go and fight it?
thanks |

You, or a representative for you in the legal profession, must attend to plead Not Guilty on the day your ticket's due to be paid or pled, in order to receive a court date. Upon that court date, you will have to be present in person, regardless of representation. Or, you could just pay it and be done with it...your choice. |
