maybe its how one country gives their troops a bit of morale. if an army knows their losing the battle, chances are they wont put up as good of a fight as if they know their winning the battle. just my $0.02 on the thing, although it is interesting

don't agree with the justification that the narrator states at the end, "the purpose of the photos is to garner support for hezbollah"...no, to me those photos are done to sell the papers. stories sell papers...

Agree with the first sentence. Adding to second sentence, extreme stories sell papers. As in, more smoke, more sales.

Although getting everyone pissed off at israel is exactly what hizbollah wants, and if extra smoky pictures help, I'm sure they'd be down for it.
