I don't know of anyone in town that really knows what they are doing when it comes to vtec engines. Its likely a good idea to call around to the Honda and Accra dealerships in Edmonton and ask who they would use. They don't rebuild them in house. Midtown is likely a good place to start. But the majority of their cars are non-vtec.
