I get absolutely fuming at these neo-feminist legal ideas, not because of women's rights or anything, but because of the absolute silliness of them. "Consent to sexual activity must be present at the time the activity occurs". "Hon, can I thrust please? Can I do it again? Can I do it again? Can I do it again?" "That was too fast, now you're going to jail you misogynist asshole!" That's silly. It also doesn't say anything about the woman asking the man if he wants to perform the act, the onus is implied to be 100% on the man to gain consent. Not to mention the fact that between adults in the moment no one freaking asks anyway. The law is not based in reality.
By this argument if I get it on, do my thing and fall asleep, then the girl gives me a kiss, she is assulting me. If I am sleeping and she grabs my cock, she's assulting me and should be sent to jail.
And while I can understand not accepting the "drunken defence", why is the "drunken attack" always acceptable? |

| I'm pretty sure somewhere in my wife's vowes there was something about her consenting to me doing whatever I want when she is asleep/passed out. :p |

 so well put!!
but I didn't see it as directed towards men entirely (except the reference of the two dorks fondling a slumbering woman on the street)
The article does state that wives can be charged for sexually assaulting their husbands when he comes home from the bar/strippers intoxicated, passing out in the hallway or bathroom, but she insists on getting it on.... |

So how exactly are they going to be able to prove that you stopped as soon as your partner passed out? He/She is obviously in no position to testify.
"No your honor. I did not touch her after she sprayed me with puke and then passed out. Honest. I pulled out and went home." |

If the woman claims she was drunk at the time, why could the man not just claim the same?
Because if the woman truly was drunk (Or wants to plead that), then she'd have no idea if the man was drunk. |

| Hence my problem with the drunken defence vs the drunken attack. |
