Wholesale Sports, St. Albert Trail and Yellowhead.

They have a HUUUUUGE parking lot overlooking both roads.

Would make a great change in pace. Could cruise after to UC, West Ed, anywhere.

Discuss.

louren22
Yeah, I like that. Not nearly as a long drive for the St. A guys.

ChromeDragon
Not a bad idea. Close enough to gas stations and we can cruise straight on to the Yellowhead from there.

McFly
i have one in my head that i found today for warm evening meets next summer on sundays :D

fugumerkur
Good for St A guys but bad for Millwoods peeps.

Im way sw but wouldnt mind the drive thats what its all about anyway. It might even create bigger meets who knows.

I like Hawrelak... way nicer than UC, but not as big, I guess.

I agree its all about the driving but its way more fun to drive as a group instead of spending all your time getting to a place.

omfg!!
i hate the drunks!! and back when that drunk chick was killed on whyte i had so sympathy at all just because i know how stupid she probably was...

i know i would be more likely to show up on some regular basis if it wasn't on whyte

Godzilla
That sounds good to me, quicker drive, less drunks, but 1st i need my skyline here so i have a ride worthy of bringing out.

what about the old spot on jasper ave in the boston pizza parking lot? Less people down there and its centred in the middle of the city for everyone?

92_WhItE_H23
the parking lot isnt really a parking lot as much as it is a lumpy mass of gravel and pot holes.

x2
ALL the lots downtown are full of pot holes

but that being said, I'm all for you guys doing your thing on the Y.H & the Trail-not too far from me so I'd just drive by to get a look at what you are drooling over....

Eclipser

I live like, 1 block from there? So i'm all for it.

The dicks at Impark were also making passes by the meets at BPs and recording plate numbers so they could drive off and write up 30 or 40 tickets over a coffee at Tim's.

Altezza
Yeah thats a good spot for meets and theres a mc dicks just downt he street what more can you ask for ?

dont they need your VIN number or anything to do that? getting just the plate is kinda iffy cause you can always have a stolen plate as well

oliver square or that center isnt too bad of a meeting place as its got plenty of parking spaces

The old meets were the good meets!

I don't know if I lost interest, or what, but I don't like goin to meets anymore.

Ummm, no. When have you ever seen your VIN recorded on a parking ticket?

The problem here was that the Impark person never got out of their vehicle to check and see whether we had put parking passes in our windows. I called the number on the back of the ticket and managed to get the bullshit ticket tossed through some scheming.

Cougar_boy
