| I'll do my best to make it out but I'm leaving for BC to go camping tomorrow until the 4th. And then the next weekend I'll be in Calgary for a wedding. Banff from the 21-24 then Jasper from the 29-oct 1. Only leaves one weekend this month for me. lol |

I've posted on Rennlist Canada, Pelican Canada and the 924Board. Lots of views (40+) at both Rennlist and Pelican, but only replies at the 924Board where I hang out the most.
Right now we've got my 924, a 77 924 and an 85 944 confirmed. A 79 924 (still in primer) is a tentative. All through 924Board.

Range Rover, that's awesome! Spent a year in New Zealand and really fell inlove with those.
My rubber arm could be twisted for a cruise afterwards, will have to check the schedule with my boss (the wife), but it should be OK. If there is a Range Rover there, it might be possible that my 924 is not the slowest vehicle in the convoy. |

I will be running south of the city on range roads/ Township roads (all paved) following the meet for those who want a run after - highlights include a Castle and Jacks drive -in (Spruce Grove) for dinner around 6:30 (or when we get there) |

im surprised the meet turned out that well.
whats even more surprising was the cruise route that was handed out. i didnt expect it to take almost an hour to drive that whole thing out. although, the most surprising thing was the route i took which consisted of me going basically off roading in my 325Xi after losing you guys and actually catching up to you guys at the castle in the middle of nowhere. it was an interesting cruise compared to the typical cruise that the guys at UC do:thumbup: |

I am so pissed I missed it.. Found out that my car probably blew the master cylinder, so fortunately I have parts from an 87 merkur (its an upgrade anyway, single diaphram brake booster to dual diaphram! some hot 80's tech there for ya) I will have to do the swap tommorow and bleed the brakes.
REally wish I could have made it out, I had my vid cam too... |
