Hey guys,
I am going to be replacing all the factory bulbs for inside of my car to LEDs for the 2 pods (climate control) and the other pod. After that I'll be replacing the bulbs in the speedo and such...My question to you guys is what color should I do...I was thinking all red LEDs to match the outside of the car (and I like how the STi's red speedo looks) but I was looking at Z's with white LEDs and I really like the white too...what should I go with? |

Aesthetics (like color choices) are really all about personal preference. Only you can decide and know what YOU like best. |

It's not costing me anything I have a few LEDs left over from shop class so all it's going to do is take a bit of time, like 15 minutes each pod, and it looks nice.:) |

Edwin: It will be totally up to her what she wants to do with it, she will be the one who is changing the bulbs. Thats why I wanted the write up, I know how to do it myself but she needs some direction because shes never done something like this before. |

lol last year doesnt matter. nothing special about beating up on a stock z32 (and auto) . Now if you beat up on me this year.. now that might be a story to tell :D

nothing really, I've run out of cash lol, I've dumped like 3000-3500 on the Z already for 2007, but I'm hoping for this deal at work to go through and If it does, i'll have about 10-15grand to spend on the car ...if my client ponies up the cash and buys from my company. If not the rebuild will have to wait till next year's winter season lol.
BTW, I'm not saying I would spend all of my cash on the rebuild, I would not be that stupid to spend all that cash in so little time.:blink: |

yes, you need some kind of resistor 110% for sure, i'm not good with this stuff either but it's so the LED doesn't take in to much power and blow up? as for LED Bulb replacement like for turn signals and such it should have some kind of built resistor already. I'm not even 70% sure I know what I'm talking about lol.
So far for 2007, inside cosmetic things like jspec stuff and tint, downpipes, rims, stereo...and I guess the only thing left to buy is the right fricken catback for my car:mad: and test pipes. but for the rest of the year I will be saving up for the big build. |
