ok at the last event we discussed we will have our mid month at a park cook off all the bbq food till it was gone.. and as memebers of the club you are entiled to it.
...at the monthly meeting we discussed having the BBQ at SCC since it is Sep 16 which is on Saturday and suppose dto be one nice looking day
and hopefully by offering free food and the possibilty to have large turnoput we could take teh team trophy home like we did 2 years ago.
So with a show of post (confirmed) how many people will show up at SCC for BBQ and team participation (10-5)

Your club can park together so long as all vehicles are registered for the showoff ($30) per vehicle. Otherwise the vehicles will have to park in the general parking area.
The BBQ shouldn't be a problem.

| looks like the weather is going to suck for Saturday, a picnic site at hawrelak park would have some rain cover. unless people would like to go to SCC. $15 admission does not=free BBQ :( |
