Now as everyone knows the club as a whole hasn't been doing too well lately. Our friday night meets have dwindled down to a few faithfull people you can count on to be there, and the odd person who makes it. Also the forum hasn't been as active in the the last little bit. Personally I think it would be a good idea to get everyone together and discuss how we can up the morale of the members and get more participation. start to get the 8 person meets we had a year ago, or the regular boston pizza runs we had lol.
Basically just a meeting to get some ideas as to new meeting activities, maybe a wings night, get more people involved in track night, etc.
Im in the process of trying to track down a web host so we can have our own site, similar to VPC, and TPC, so we can become independent. so if anyone knows a web designer, or someone to host let me know.
As for location we could go out for supper, have a BBQ at my house, take over a starbucks, etc lol
I also figure a good weekend would be after SCC so people have time to see if they can make it/ take time off work/ etc.
It would be awesome if everyone active could make it. everyones opinion matters. doesn't matter if you joined yesterday, or 3 years ago, or just troll the boards and post once a month lol. |

| The sooner it's decided the better so I can let my boss know I can't work that night. I don't know if I'll have any input, but I'll come anyways. I haven't been out because Friday isn't really a good night for me. |

| i am with nightmare i am in school and i can only do an evening thing and i work weekends until 6 so evenings work the best but thats only my 2 cents i am just in process of joining |

also, i've put a post up on a computer geeks site asking if anyone can host/design a webpage for us.

im usually working the 2-10 night shift at my job so nights are a bad time for me atm but from oct 05 - mar 06 i will be back in school so that is when i will be available at nights hopefully.
when do the orders for the things have to be in by? |

| i will start the order at the meet, then probably run it for a week. paying in person is best, but i will also accept paypal. will talk about it at the meet. |

| i may have a friend who could design the page for 400-500 maybe less not sure. hes in uni and designed my old school (strathcona) web page. the school paid him good so he is worthy enough to build the page. looked good too. i could call him up and see if hes willing to do that. im not a member but i would like to help you guys out. i hope to join when my car is fixed. i figure this is a good way to get on your guys good side. |

looks like sept 23/34 takes the poll. now what to do. my house is open for a bbq/ fire pit and hot dogs lmao. or we could go out to pepper and chile on mayfield road, boston pizza, etc. also need a meeting time, say 7-8pm.
saterday might work better since it is a weekend. we could also do it sunday. |
