| They might fit, but I think they are a bit too narrow for the Z. |

| So what width should i be looking for? and how big can i go without any rubbing issues. |

It's not as simple as how big can you go. You also need to look at offset. The stock wheel size on a CDM/USDM TT is 16x7.5 (+45 offset) on the front and 16x8.5 (+35 offset) on the rear. I believe JDM TT's and all NA's had 16 x 7.5's all around. I would assume that you want to run wider tires than what you currently have.
Here is some info on wheel sizes for the Z. La-Z-Link |

| ive got my flame suit ready for this question. But what is "offset" and does it matter if it is more or less than standard offset. i'm thinking of running 17 or 18's if that helps. |

That should explain it. Google is ama-Z-ing. Also read the link I had above. It does have a fairly good explanation on what wheel offsets you can run and what to look out for. |

| i read it after my post. and i forgot to then edit it. What width do you guys run cuz im having a hard time finding anthing nice between 8-9 it seems everything is 7.5. |

| I personally wouldn't go up in rim diameter without a corresponding increase in width as well. Why take a hit on unsprung weight if you can't at least get some benefit as well (such as more lateral grip)? |

| i actually found a nice set of 18x8.5 today cuz im thinking 9 might be to big or look funny |

I run 18x8.5 on the front of my car and it looks and works fine.
I think Rob's RP01's might be 18x8.5 as well. |

| cool, hey you wouldnt happen to have any pull at sherwood nissan they been putting my car off since thurday and i'd like to have it out for the show and shine. |

lol. Tell them to have your car ready for the show and shine on the 16th. It's advertising for them.
They seem to be a very good dealership. Aside from the fact that they let us use their premises for our meetings, the parts department has been quite good in getting us those hard to get parts. |

Too bad they don't have staggered fitment sizes available.
FYI, I went 18x8.5 on front and 18x10 rear. That way, I could run wider rubber at the back. |

Big 2nd. With Ericksen slowed down with renovations, Christal at Sherwood came through with all the bits I needed for turbo install, all within a day. She's smart, prompt and funny. Too bad I'm married... |
