I hear AR Thomson is hiring, $14+ depending on if you're mechanically inclined, and can measure things with micrometers and calipers. they have 2 shifts to choose from, i used to work the evening shift 2-1am, 4X10 Hr days/week, it kicked ass for that reason.
they make gaskets and gasket accessories. I still got a couple friends on the inside running a CNC laser, and one a winding supervisor, and another on CNC lathe.

Honestly, why not just look in the paper?
When my buddy was looking he was able to get hired for a new job everyday it seemed (Don't ask why), all for $15+/hour. |

| If you don't mind shift work you should apply at AMA as a towtruck driver. First 3 months are at 14.25 then after you go to 15 plus bennifits and the odd tip. Plenty of oportunity for overtime if you want and nice guys to work for. The downside is you're pretty much working outside in the elements. There's some down time where you can catch up on reading in between calls. I like it and they're pretty flexable. But you'll be able to get those 40hrs/wk no prob. PM me if you want a number. |
