Choosing a exhaust.... - Click HERE for Original Thread

I'm thinking of getting a exhaust after looking around I have decided to go with either the Labree or the B&B exhaust. Any suggestions? Also does anyone know any places in town where i I can order it? Thanks

Nope, both are of fairly limited distribution, even within the US. You should order from one of the tt.net sponsors (Import Parts Pro, Concept Z Performance, Specialty-Z, etc.).

By Labree I assume you mean Specialty-Z exhausts, now manufactured by Fast Intentions, no longer "Labree".

Anyway, both are great systems... well made and look great. Both are on the loud side though.

If I am not mistaken, Labree is still selling the specialty-z style exhaust but under the Labree label. ConceptZ is selling this.

Personally, I would (and will be) buying the exhaust directly from SpecialtyZ. It still is somewhat their design.

If you want to quiet down the Specialty Z exhaust, you can order it with the resonated X-pipe. It'll be a little quieter.

That, and according to Greg (Specialty Z) he told me it's a good idea to get the resonated x pipe because his exhaust will sound raspy.

I can't wait to get mine!!! This is what it's going to look like, same mufflers but different car;) .

Ya i'm thinking of going with the Labree exhaust but does anyone know if there is any places in Canada where I can order it from? I know the shipping is going to be ridiculous if I order it from the states.

If you can wait a few weeks you might want to try that new shop ztune.ca out of Vancouver. But I'm not sure if they're quite set up yet or not.

Other than that... :dunno:

If you want to help cut down your costs, I have a B&B X-Pipe for sale. (2.5" SS, non-resonated though).
Then you'd only have to pay to ship the muffler sections.

Ya I'm not in a huge hurry now that summer is ending, so maybe I'll look into ztune.ca.
