Death to Smokey - Click HERE for Original Thread

RallyCivic
Went to apex today,

filled there garage with smoke, and got a huge 94 hp I think it was. I dont know how to post pics. If someone tells me how I will, there is a funny one of the smoke filling the whole shop :D Not bad for 1.6 SOHC with leaking head gasket and valves.

Good thing I am going to swap the engine right away :D

RIP 1.6 sohc :(

Geez, a new motor. Majeck told me it was new. ju mahst drribe lik mierta. (mexican accent). Are you sure it wouldnt be easier to just do the head gasket and valve seals?

RallyCivic
for a few hundred more, I cant go wrong.

It was a new motor so he thought, but as soon as I started useing synthetic oil, it took out all the old oil clogs of the THICK racing oil he was using, and TA DA behold the leaks. Synthetic cleans old oil blocks.

So for him there was no leaks. For me, not se easy.
