sr20det I am guess is Trubo and the other na

RWD
to make it simple the sr20det is a factory turbo engine available for many nissan sport compacts and sr20de was made as a fuel efficient engine for less sportier cars

200sx~Se-r
It was only put in one car and, So does that mean the sr20det parts will fit on the sr20de engine

Sorry the SR was put in everything from sport cars,(240) to sentra's to suv's.

Some of the parts will fit some will not.

RWD turbocharged engines are distributerless ignitions, FWD are not.

They basicly share a block and that is about it. Heads, oil pans, oil pumps, manifolds, water pumps, alternators are all different depending on what version you have.

The SR was made from about 90 to 04 in different versions.

SR20 is still being used today in the Nissan X-Trail in Japan. In its current encarnation it is knows as the "SR20VET"... with variable intake and exhaust cam timing to help spool the turbo faster. I believe its pushing 280Bhp from the factory.

If you're looking at swaping a sr20det into your 200sx, you should check out www.srswap.com they have a wealth of information.

Yup, A guy a know paid out the ass for a non-running SR swap, and they told him to fuck off when he came back with the car. Great Service:beer:
